Chapter 4

When it comes to freedom of speech it is really not all free. I do think it is limit to what some things people can say. I do think we all have the right to speak what we think and it is important for everyone to voice how they feel about what is going on even if some doesn’t agreed with what is being said. Sometimes people do think they have to voice their thought and at times it just makes things worst. If people would think before they speak about something instead of getting mad and saying its freedom of speech a lot of people would not end up regretting what they say or what they got started.

When it comes to freedom of religion I really don’t have much to say on that because I don’t see things the same as others. I know there is a lot of different religions that people believe in out there some good, some bad, and some just creepy. I would not like to be forced to just have one religion, but there are still a lot of people out there that tries to force their way of religion on people and it is not right. But like I said I really don’t have a lot to say about it.

When it comes to criminal procedure defendant’s rights are crucial to our system of government some that are the defendants could actually not be guilty and if we don’t have rights than anyone accused of anything would be punished and that would be wrong. I might sound wrong on saying this but when it comes to people that are guilty of trying to harm our states, I feel like they don’t deserve to just be put in jail. If they have no problems blowing up Americans then why should we let them be put in jail and have the benefits of staying alive and all the stuff that they can do while they are locked up. When there are families out there that will never see their love ones again because they went to work or had to take a trip somewhere. I do think even if they are Americans and they are guilty of doing something against America then they should be treated as terrorist and not have the privilege of being able to call themselves an American. It just makes me mad that there is other person in other countries that we do help and we are lucky to have the freedoms that we have and because we are who we are there are these stupid people that wants to blow us up.

Chapter 3

I think that the state governments should share equal powers with the national government. If all the power went to the national government the people would not have a say so in anything. I do think it is our right to have a say so on some things that go on because everyone has different look on things and with everyone having the right to put what they thank into something we will come out better and even learn from what others say. 

I believe that state and local government should regulate education because when it comes to schools and education programs it can be taken more personal and fuller attention. Not every school or program works the same for every person or school and with it being within the state and local government people that knows about the education that goes on within their state would be able to more incite on what needs to be done for improvements rather than putting just one thing for all the schools which might not be the best for our next generation. It needs to be kept so that it will make a change and better our future rather than messing everything up. 

Chapter 2

I think that is we would still have The Articles of Confederation and not the Constitution it would be war all the time. Our country is in bad shape as it is now, also if the Bill of Rights was not available for us we would have no news being reported to us. we would really be in the dark about everything and we would have no life there would be so much hold everyone back that no one could be their own person. We would have no rights and only the most powerful would have control and we could not protect ourselves like some of us do. It would be a more messed up world than it is now. About the death penalty I have mixed feelings. I think people that does bad things should be punished as seen fit, but there is draw backs on if the wrong person does it. Even with the DNA stuff the got now days there is still ways around that to frame other people. Now like rape or something bad that happens to a child or terrorist I do think they should get the death penalty. If someone done something to my child I don't know if I could stop my self from wanting to kill that person. A lot of families has lost a child or a child as to live with what happened to them for the rest of their life knowing that who done it is setting in jail or the pin and is getting free meals free medical care and all kinds of stuff why they are watching their back every time the turn around or the nightmares they live every night. The terrorist that tries to cause harm to our country take them out that way none of us have to worry about them.
